Event services
RGB Imaging has become the leader in the Hampton Roads region for corporate event photography. We have two different types of service for events based on the event.
Formal portrait booth -Which is a mini studio on location. Couples are professionally posed on a themed styled background. We use top of the line canvas backdrops and custom floor systems to create a special scene for your guests. Couples view and approve the image prior to printing and all images are printed on-site for them to take home that evening using our high-quality thermal printers. Couples or individuals pay for the image package they choose. Event Organizers may also choose to pay for the photos themselves as a gift to the participants.
Candid photography– Our photographers roam the event capturing images of the ceremony, guests and other highlights from the evening.
Why should we use a photographer at our event?
Having a professional capturing your event photography images has many benefits.
Documentation of the event for marketing and building brand awareness are the first two that come to mind. You can use the images for future public relations, marketing, and social media campaigns such as Linkedin for example. The results of using the images of the event will effectively increase brand awareness in your community as customers will actually get a glimpse inside the company culture.
The same images can be used effectively in marketing campaigns of your organization’s products or services, increasing customer knowledge of your offerings, and customer retention.
Are you launching a new product or service, there is no better way to capture the initial reactions and feedback that event photography. Used in conjunction with our video production you can document a lot of focused media content in one place and provide content for months to come to keep up the “BUZZ” on your new product or service.
Your employees… they will love you. We have found that most of the Corporate events we cover, family fun days, holiday parties, etc, the employees look forward to seeing their images in the newsletters and on social media. We have had repeat events where teams or departments will dress up for fun just to outdo another team from their company and make sure they get the photo as proof. Nothing builds a good company culture than a little good-natured fun and teamwork
Event photography cost is affected mainly by the length of time needed on-site for the event itself. We operate normally on an hourly basis for our coverage, however, it is a multi-day event then we will shift to a day rate cost ratio for the event.
Normally at most events, if you look around you will notice the servers, the DJs also wear black. This is done to not draw attention away from the event that is going on and allow the focus of the day to be where it needs to be.
Yes, with today’s technology in cameras images can be captured in low light situations. Lighting is discussed during pre-planning to provide the greatest success for both the client and the photographer as well.
Yes, we edit all images that we deliver to you from the event. The number of images received from the event is based on the length of the event and discussed in the initial
Good communication is key to getting the photographs you want from an event. Think about the images you want to see from it and convey that to us prior to the event and will have them on our priority list of capture.
While covering an event your photographer will discuss what shots are a high priority to you and what kind of images you expect. We also will take a range of interaction images as the event proceeds along with images of sponsor banners and sponsor interaction at the event or sharing.
Normally edited photos are delivered in approximately 1 week unless otherwise discussed. Delivery is a discussion point of the scope of work for any event and decided upon prior to the event.
This primarily depends on the needs of the event, length of time and the overall logistics of the event. Your photographer will discuss this and ask questions of the event expectations during the quoting process to ensure max coverage is completed with the personnel needed to meet the demand.
